Living, Loving & Letting Go
“In the end these things matter most:
How Well did you Love?
How Fully did you Live?
How Deeply did you Let Go?”
If I am able, in some small way, to contribute to other people, Loving well, Living fully and Letting Go deeply then I will have been of service and lived my purpose.
MidLife can be a time when our world shifts and circumstances force us to let go of the life we have carefully built. With a busy life of juggling work and caring for others, we watch our bodies change, our children grow up and our dreams begin to fade.
After years of organising, holding on and keeping things together … our sense of control goes out the window!
It can be difficult to see the upside and yet if we’re willing to become a seeker, we will find precious ground to build a new foundation.
We begin to understand that in order to really let go we need to accept and release the things that are getting in the way of us moving on.
We choose to stop doing what we’ve always done, what’s felt safe and comfortable and open ourselves up to new information, taking risks and doing things that make us feel alive again.
When we’re willing to shed the skin of our old lives, and take a leap of faith into the unknown, there are wonderful opportunities to reinvent ourselves and live a fuller life.
Exploring new possibilities moves us into a hope-filled stage of life where we get to experience more freedom, love and fulfilment.
Are you ready to take the journey to greater fulfilment and happiness?
